Extra guests charge – 10 euro per person per night
Maximum number of guests – 10
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the yard
All the bath amenties must stay inside the house
Gatherings or parties are not allowed
Quiet hours between 24:00 and 08:00 and between 14:00 and 17:00 in accordance with the laws of the country
Pets are allowed by request
The guest are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and for maintaining it
The guest who intentionally or accidentally damages the property, will have to reimburse the host for the full amount of the occurred damage
